Pros: I really liked the music and that in the first disc; it shows you how to do the basic moves. I don't have to go at the same speed as her if I feel too tired, so that's good.
Cons: I do think that the music could have been louder and more songs included, like a big huge mix. Also, if you do not have the first 10 or 11 steps memorized, then the rest may be difficult to do at the same speed.
I got this workout not hoping to loose weight really, but more to have fun, and maintain a healthy body, and it's great. It's a lot of fun, and it has good music.

I started using turbo jam on may first I've been doing it for 3 months and half and haven't seen no results I followed the instruction as said doing the advanced level and watching my diet and did not see no results. The music is great but after 3 months and half, I should have seen some results. I am disappointed.

Pros: Fun, motivational, effective.
Cons: Not the best choice for totally out of shape people, although there is a crewmember that does a low-impact version that one can follow.
I've been doing Turbo Jam, alternating the cardio and strengthening training, for 6 weeks and lost 13 pounds. The program is not too complicated, yet effective and doesn't require much space. It is the happy medium between the hard-core military-style workouts and dance. I work up a sweat every time I use it and I actually like the music. That's where the other videos I tried were essentially lacking. It's fast paced and if one is just starting out, the speed may be a bit overwhelming. I'm not sure that I'd recommend it for an absolute novice (i.e. someone who spent the last 10 yrs on the sofa and wants to get started), but for anyone else, I'd definitely give it an enthusiastic YES. I ordered every DVD available and alternate for variety. Mind, I'm not a fitness nut, but this stuff is really fun.

Pros: Don't see any.
Cons: Lots of jumping, hard impact on other parts of body.
I think if your going to get a program to rev up cardio etc. you are better with Billy Blanks Tae Bo, it's a much better program unless you like to jump around and get no actual benefits except to burn calories. It is not at all what the infomercial states. There are some moves that are ridiculous and I don't see much toning, as a program should be.

Pros: It's fun and moderate difficulty. It really gets my heart pumping.
Cons: I don't think there are any.
I really like to do workout videos and have several but I really like Turbo Jam! I think it is so fun and I am real excited after a workout. There are so many videos to choose from for any type of mood. It is a great cardio workout and I especially like when the videos go into turbo mode. The music pumps up and the workout gets intense for a few seconds. I love it!

Pros: Is definitely better than a treadmill workout.
Cons: The workout is 40 minutes so if you have a short time to workout it's not.
The ab workout is amazing!! My abs has never been this sore. I have tried just about everything and this ab workout is great.
