Pros: Good price. You can work many body parts quickly and efficiently.
Cons: It's a little long when set up, but I wouldn't know how to fix that.

I've had mine about three years now and I really like it a lot! You can do a bunch of different exercises; it's very safe (we have small kids); you can adjust the angle OR use the bands and easily switch difficulty for different users or exercises. The low cost made it an EXCELLENT value! Best single exercise thing I've ever bought...and I've had a few.
